Collective curatorial guided tour in the exhibition “Facts for Real. Collections and Communities” with members of the curatorial collective of the Blinken OSA Archivum and co-curators Angéla Kóczé (Director, CEU Romani Studies) and Péter Hanzli (Program Director, Háttér Archive and Library).

The Archivum had always been an archive of last resort, we put emphasis on collecting archives documenting the lives and advocacy activities of groups discriminated against at system level. The exhibition Facts for Real. Collections and Communities is also part of the process of “community archiving” with the communities concerned. This initiative exemplifies “collective curating” and “community archives,” and it is the first to showcase a carefully selected collection of items from the Archivum’s versatile holdings. The curatorial guided tour will be given by members of the Archivum’s curatorial collective and our two co-curators:  Angéla Kóczé, Head of the CEU Romani Studies Program, and Péter Hanzli, Program Director of the Háttér Archive and Library.

The program is in Hungarian.
